Was the last cosmetic bug permanent?
I know that Nea's Graff-Crafter outfit was able to be mixed and matched due to a bug in a summer. A decent amount of people wore the red hair from the locked set in other cosmetics.
Did that bug stay after they patched it? Or did it revert back to normal. Trying to find out how permanent the new cosmetic bug will be based on the previous one.

not sure why you'd want your hair to stand out over brown or black color anyways which have more parts in more maps they could blend in easier with unless you enjoy the thrill of the hunt. but getting more use out of stuff you pay real moneyf or is always good though. I swapped ashe's parts around often my steam where I have all his sets
