GameUserSettings not in the folder anymore?

Raz_

so i re-installed Win10 and was going to change the fps cap and lower the graphics.. vsync blablabla, but the gameusersettings are not there anymore.

did it got removed completely?

i could change these things ingame sure but after every restart everything just resets.

if you wanna really remove the ini for stretched user its fine but atleast put ingame some options for some graphical options.
