Has anyone else had issues with CONSTANT crashing?

Got the game the other day played a couple survivor matches with no issues, first killer game i tried i crashed halfway through and assumed it was a rare occurence and stopped for the day fast forward to today where i have crashed at just the home screen at LEAST 9 times in a row my PC is perfectly capable of graphically handling this game and i cannot comprehend why this is happening but it is inhibiting my ability to play, i even tried lowering my graphics from ultra to medium and honestly it actually seems to have made the issue more prevalent. So if anyone has had this issue and has a possible solution for it id be glad to hear it i like the game so far and would like to actually dive in to it but cant as of right now because of this any help is appreciated. EDIT: (Have also verified file integrity through steam with no luck, in case someone brings that up)

    Pretty much. Me and especially my friends are having this issue quite a lot. They dc before the game starts or in the middle of the game. 

    For me it was once during the loading screen and the other one was today in the middle of an execution as Myers but I didnt dc, all the survivors did instead. Been playing for a week now.

    nope. I play killer so i host.

    For the record, i meant my client is physically crashing and closing itself, not that im being disconnected from matches.

    Verify integrity of game files. If that fails then maybe reinstall worse case scenario.
