Anti-Anti-Healer - Inner Strength, Autodidact, Spine Chill, Empathy (completely defeats anti-heal builds when Autodidact gets all tokens)
More Bang for your buck - Streetwise, Built To Last, Plunderers Instinct, Appraisal + Item of choice (usually toolbox, flashlight, or medkit)
Ruuun #########! - Fixated, Adrenaline, Hope, Sprint Burst + medkit with Refined Serum (blight event add-on)
Killer:
Ninja Doc - Monitor & Abuse, Brutal Strength, Bamboozle, Fire Up + Calm Carters Notes, Calm 2 (sneaky sneaky)
Sniper Doc - Monitor & Abuse, Pop goes the Weasel, Whispers, Tinkerer + Interview tape, High Stimulus electrode (snipe them gens!)
"Stereotypical Gamer" Blight - Whatever you can use to help + Adrenaline Vial, Placebo Tablet (Named it this because he feels overweight, and is addicted to energy drinks. if you can win using this add-on combo... you freaking earned it!)
Dragon's Choice (Pick your killer) - Dragon's Grasp, Make your Choice, Whispers, NOED. (used to use Haunted grounds instead of Whispers, but tracking is nice, and survivors spend most of the match exposed anyway)
F*** your Items! (Trapper, Hag, Pyramid Head)- Franklin's Demise, Lightborn, Overwhelming Presence, Distressing (you can't have or use them, they're mine!)
Anti-Heal Doc - Distressing, Coulrophobia, Sloppy Butcher, Whispers or Nurses Calling + Calm Carters Notes, Calm 2 (Does it Hurt?)
Heavy Smoker Nurse
