Syringe negates iron will if working on generator
I am on PS4. I have encountered this bug twice now. Once as Cheryl and once as Ash, both with Iron Will equipped. I had the syringe heal me to full health while working on a generator and I started making injured noises. Both times I was on the Autohaven Wreckers map. A friend had the same thing happen as Steve.
