Not really,it's only really used with other obsession related perks like Play With Your Food or Dead Mans Switch.

Same goes for Furtive Chase

Nope. No reason to use it over legitimate stealth perks because all it really provides is oblivious on one person.

Yeah i use it with dark devotion.
