Devs why impossible switch from Charlotte to Victor when entity take away survivor from hook?

Its strange moment when survivor died already and entity take away survivor from hook but killer must to wait when hook drop only after this possible to switch from Charlotte to Victor....U need correct this because died survivor impossible to recsue :D and its not camp :D
