Ps4 - Possible ruin and surveillance glitch

Step 1 : Always the first gen, hit a survivor off of the gen.

Step 2 : Survivor gets off of the gen, ruin and surveillance are supposed to activate on the generator but neither of them do.

Step 3 : The generator stays red and ruin does not apply any decrease to progress. Visual sparks are not applied and you are unable to kick the gen.

Step 4 : Generator is eventually repaired. This bug is not applied to any other gens in the match.
