Using syringe upon heal started making injured noises

Platform: PS4

Issue: I used a Med-kit with an Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe while injured as Ash with the Iron Will perk equipped. I started working on a generator while waiting for the heal. Upon heal my character started making injured noises while healthy and still working on the generator. When I stopped repairing I stopped making the noises. I was on one of the Autohaven Wreckers maps. This was the first and only time it has happened to me.
