Quick and Quiet change
Quick and Quiet needs to be changed so that it has some sort of activation that the survivor can control more. It’s happened many times where Quick and Quiet was wasted on the first vault, but would’ve been useful for the second vault. Adding an activation that will let survivors choose when to use Quick and Quiet will make the perk more viable in situations.
