Invisible and unbreakable totem on Lery's

Steam Community: Dead by Daylight. Small Game is telling me there is a totem around this junk pile but it's genuinely not visible anywhere

I ran around this area for a good while using Small Game, slowly panning my camera until it triggered and it lined up with the junkpile and either the totem was meant to be right where i'm downed or inside of it junk. The totem couldn't be seen at all and I didn't get a cleanse prompt anywhere in the area.

A little note, just in case, yes this is the Hag but there were no traps in the area and they didn't have the add-on that doesn't make traps trigger. Just a teleport range and faster setting speed.
