I had jeff, and then I didn't

A few days ago I noticed that I had Jeff unlocked, which was weird because I didn't remember buying him. Whatever, might as well level him up to get his perks.

I probably sunk a good 1mil bloodpoints into his web (got him to level 32, it even says that when I mouse over his locked character portrait), and then the next day he was locked again like I had never unlocked him.

My problem with this is that I lost all those bloodpoints, items, offerings, and the damn perks!! I already had breakdown unlocked from the shrine, but I wanted the others and now he's gone.


i'm not saying I want him back, but the bp would be nice.
