The Twin's have an insane interaction with Devour Hope
Tokens are only gained if Charlotte is the required distance away from the hook, not Victor.
This means you can use Victor as baby monitor at hooks and not only force survivors to either get downed or injured when going for an unhook, but also get tokens for Devour Hope.
It amazes me that the devs have made this killer into quite possibly the best camper in the game despite their statements that they wish to discourage it.
