lag back - minor teleports

so youre running from the killer or maybe youre the killer chasing and the game suddenly stutters and you jump back like 8 feet maybe you get stuck on a corner because of it maybe your vault wasnt lined up anymore maybe it turned a fast vault into a medium it sucks

Im fairly certain its not intentional but why does it happen (legit question if anyone has an answer)
