Restarted game twice and even did a full shutdown on my Xbox to see if error would correct itself, but to no avail, nothing.

    It's same for Bill, I think it's not in stock. For now it's just something like giveaway, you can't buy this sweater from store.

    And for the screens, on the first one you're in wrong page.

    You post 3 screens, 1st one is from customization menu but on wrong page, 2nd and 3rd one is from store. This sweater is redeem, not for sale from store, you can't find him here. Back into 1st one, choose Torso equipment not whole sets, it must be there as you already claimed the item.
