Stuck in ground
While on Father Campbell's Chapel on PC I ended up falling into the ground while next to a pallet outside of the killer shack. The killer could hit me but couldn't pick me up, and I couldn't move anywhere. Two cross platform survivors came over to me and also were stuck as well. I eventually bled out, but there was nothing the three of us could do other than heal each other.
When I got stuck, I was running from the way I'm facing in the 1st screen shot.
