Near Death Experience Bugged

On pc, the achievement "near death experience" does not function as intended. Instead of it requiring the player to escape a trial while only having gone down once, as the description suggests, it requires the entire team to only have one down between all of them, which is virtually impossible to do when playing alone.

Please fix this; I love achievement hunting and this one is frustrating.
