Why are both Cheryl’s outfits sets? (Just curious)

(This is probably a super late question)

I personally haven’t played any of the Silent Hill games but is there a reason why her 2 cosmetic outfits are sets (Starting over and Moving on) ? I really do like her default outfit and her voice that I have started to play her quite a lot. Why are her cosmetics sets? (Don’t count the Cybil, Lisa or Alessa. Those are different characters)

    There is no real reason why the green outfits are sets, they're just something introduced into the Silent Hill chapter of DBD. Personally, if they weren't sets, I'd be hella happy.

    In a way every Cheryl outfit is a different character. Depending how Silent Hill meta you want to get.
