Doctor and oni turning game into slideshow

Everytime im against a doctor or oni my game skips/ lags while looking around the map, vaulting, during hits and misses, while in a chase, if a gen explodes, when somebody else gets hit across the map. Its very frustrating. My guess is due to particle affects of shocks from doctor (tier 1,2 and 3) and also oni headress demon form particles
