Issue: Unable to drop pallet

Possible condition: Self heal with medkit at pallet

The Story:

I was playing against a death slinger and had just escaped chase with him outside of the main building. I stopped at a pallet and began healing up until he found me again (did not finish the heal). I looped him twice around the pallet and on the second loop tried to throw the pallet. My character began the animation for a frame or 2 then stopped. The behavior reminded me of the killer unable to hook bug from a couple of patches ago.
