A change to The Twins to reduce their reliance on (and affinity towards) slugging.
Press LCtrl as Victor to self destruct.
Upon downing a survivor as Victor or finding one in a locker as Victor, you will automatically self destruct.
When this happens, the survivor will be teleported to Charlotte with you (putting them into the dying state in the process if they were grabbed from a locker).
