Twins frozen as Victor unable to move

I was doing a round of killer, trying out the new twins, was winning, then when I tried switching back to Charlotte it performed the animation but I was still Victor and couldn't move.
I'm not sure how this happened but this isn't the only issue I've had with Twins but this was the game breaking one and I believe the other has been fixed.
