What is this new atmospheric effect?
I am on Xbox One X and wonder if its exclusive to it for some reason.
I thought it was a fog offering bugging but this is apparently how it looks now as every match yesterday and today has it. There isn't even a fog offering.
This is this really poor atmospheric animation over the ground the whole time that looks awful. Its like something from a visual novel. Or like how it looks when a cartoon character is smoking.
Is this across all platforms?
