Loading problems and errors on Xbox One

I am getting super long loading times when doing the initialization at the main menu, long loads when going to either killer or survivor and getting error 8001 when trying to find a match which promptly kicks me back to character select for survivor or killer but doesn't reject me from entering again but just repeats the cycle.
