Decisive strike animation while hooking

I was playing killer and was about to hook a survivor which had Decisive Strike. I was able to perform the hooking animation because I was near the hook; at the end of the hooking animation I got stunned bc of DS and the survivot suddenly became invisible for the rest of the game. I noticed that I couldn't hit him or else, but he could perform all the actions.
