UltraWide Screen is hard to play

I just tried the game on a ultra wide screen (21:9 instead of my standard 16:9) and i noticed it is unplayable!
Playing survivor you just have the character occupying 2/3 of the creen and qith killer everything is zoomed, i ca barely see survivors heads if they are standind near me...
o_o
Do i need to set it up in some way or is it just like that?

    This sh1t game never gonna have real Ultrawide.
    I always played with 21: 9 fake, which is the current one. I've gotten used to it, for me 16: 9 or 21: 9 is the same, only with a small cut at the bottom and top of the screen.
