It is in the known issues of the patch notes that hoarder literally does absolutely nothing.
Literally.
1 perk slot. Does NOTHING.
How do the devs work on a chapter (including this perk), have a PTB with plenty of time to squash bugs, only to release the perk live onto the game, literally doing nothing.
Do they just not care?
Are they extrodinarily incompetent?
Are they just trying to cash grab regardless of the state of the game?
We may never know.
I got a notification from the perk in one of my adept matches. Not that it helped in anyway.
Sometimes it works without a single bug, but it mostly doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
The notification is the only thing that work with Hoarder EXCEPT in the basement.
It does not create extra chests or reduce the rarity of items within.
Inconsistent noise notifications for me...sometimes doesn't trigger at all, sometimes triggers every second as though the survivor is spamming M1 on the chest. Have not noticed more chests and can't comment on their rarity.
I have seen it work in the basement though, so furthers the inconsistent thought.
