Viktor's instinct is inconsistant

Victor's killer instinct will sometimes work on downed survivors and sometimes not. (seems to work around the tine they are downed but deactivate after a short time. May have something to do with them crawling closer to victor for some reason)

Viktor's killer instinct will most of the time activate on a survivor in the middle of being hooked. (when the hook is within victor's killer instinct.)

Victor's instinct did once activate on a survivor being carried.

    Victor reveals Survivors that are moving. The only time he doesn't is when they're crouch-walking. That's why if you walk past Victor carrying a Survivor, they'll get revealed.
