Death Note Chapter Idea
Killer: The Shinigami
Survivor: Light Turner or Mia Sutton
Killer's power:
When a survivor is in the dying state, The Shinigami can force him to write the name of a teammate in the Death Note (random). While performing this action, the survivor will have to pass 5 tremendously difficult skilchecks (or more, I don't know which would be the correct amount). If he fails any of them, he will write a random survivor name and the Death Note will teleport to the hands of that survivor. If he pass all of the skillchecks he will instantly pass to the injured state and The Shinigami will be stunned for 3 seconds.
When a survivor's name is in the Death Note, he will suffer from the incapacitated status effect and he will have 60 seconds to find one of the three bonfires (or more, I don't know which would be the correct amount) the map to burn the page (this action takes 2 seconds). If he makes it, the Death Note will teleport to The Shinigami's hands. If he don't make it, he will instantly die.
While a survivor is in the Death Note, The Shiginami can't force any survivor to write another name in it.
Killer perks:
I make the rules: When the fourth generator is repaired, the last three generators are blocked by the Entity for 60/70/80 seconds.
Humans are interesting: When you hook a survivor, all the other survivors will suffer from the nervousness status effect for 60 seconds
Humans are interesting has a cooldown of 80/70/60 seconds.
Nervousness status effect (new): The skillcheck's succesfull area is tremendously reduced.
Shadow of a death god: When a survivor is hooked you gain a token, up to a maximum of 4/5/6. Each token penalizes the following actions a 5% to all survivors: repairing, healing, cleansing totems and searching in chests.
Survivor perks:
Just relax: All perk cooldowns are reduced by a 10/20/30%.
It's all in your mind: When the killer is carring a survivor and you are in a range of 20 meters, the killer will see 2/3/4 false hook auras in that area.
I decided to save you: When you unhook a survivor while in killer's terror radius you give him the haste status effect for 3/4/5 seconds.
