Was the MMR system re-enabled again since of the beginning of the bloodlust test?

I noticed that I'm starting to have rainbow ranks more than usual and if I die, in the next match I with 75% (kinda) get a game with green ranks even that I'm rank 1 as the survivor...

Do you have the same situation?
