Bloodweb freeze bug

What platform:

• PC/Steam

Description of the bug:

• When using the bloodweb and spending bloodpoints to purchase items, sometimes the bloodweb freezes and no longer lets the player use the bloodweb. Everything else in the game freezes as well, except animations and timers. If you are in a lobby waiting for a match to start, the freeze does not affect getting into a game, but you are no longer able to make any changes or go back, leave the match, or interact with any button. Once the match begins, your game resumes normal until you go back to bloodweb to make your first purchase. This is when the bug repeats itself.

How to fix this bug:

• Restart the game.

How often the bug occurs:

• Every now and then, not everyday, but like, every second day or so. It can appear once or twice in the same day after a restart.

How long have I been experiencing this bug:

• Almost half a year or less. (It's getting more and more frustrating...)
• My friends who also play on PC at their own homes also experience this same exact bug.

How to recreate the bug:

• This is not something that can be recreated whenever one pleases, it happens at random when interacting with the bloodweb during active match lobby when people wait to enter the game. My suggestion is to simply try to purchase bloodweb items while waiting in a match lobby and hope it occurs. I have not noted any specific item that would cause the bug or any specific repeated pattern/behavior that could trigger it.
