Skill check glitch

Miguel_SAVAGE101

I got a skill check on a gen and hit a good skill check, it stuck onto the screen no matter what I did. I also couldn't see other skill checks so I failed them. I am on a Ps4 my user name is Miguel_SAVAGE101 if you need visual proof.
