PLEASE SEND BACK MY SHARDS, BP AND RANK - account rollback progression

Yesterday, This 6 characters with the red targeted in the picture 1 belllow was in level 50 with prestige 1, but apparently today I have lost all my progression, i've lose skins bought with shards, i've lose alot of bloodpoints and shards, I've lose rank as killer, and I'm really dissapointed and desmotivated about keep playing dead by daylight.

PLEASE, fix this bug.

I think this bug was caused when i came back from PTB version, there things are more similar as they should be.
