Character Frozen after attempting to Crush Victor

-Survivor loses all controls when attempting to crush Victor. A blank Crush bar appears and the survivor can no longer move, use an item, wiggle, attempt to unhook, or struggle. The survivor can be downed, hooked and sacrificed. Cannot be healed by other survivors.
-Unsure as to why this occurred. Happened after another survivor was downed. Could be that Victor was recalled to Charlotte while the survivor attempted the Crush.?
-Happened just this one instance.
