Trying to learn how to play this game and I'm struggling
I'm currently trying to learn how to play DBD as killer and I'm fairly new to the game, but a lot of my matches end up being really frustrating to try and play. If I'm not playing Leatherface or someone who can instantly down a survivor I struggle a lot to get into a position where I can do anything meaningful because a lot of survivors just don't seem to care about me and can run around the map for really long periods of time. Like, if I'm playing the doctor or something, by the time I can get even a single hit on someone 2 or sometimes generators are finished. I'm not really sure what to do because I like playing characters like the doctor or the trapper but it's so difficult to do anything that I end up getting frustrated.
Is there some general advice to learning how to play as a killer? Because right now I'm pretty confused.
