Full faced killer?
This is the first killer (ignoring death slinger because he doesn't fit my narrative) that is not covering their face in any way. Including scars, excluding non human killers) The first that looks human. Kind of looks like an old school babysitter. To me its kind of more creepy that, minus the human growing out of her boob, she could be walking down the street and you would never know she just butchered someone.
From the little i have seen, this is looking to be a good chapter
