Just stalk the survivors. Don't interact with them, don't let them see you, don't hit them, etc. Just stalk them from a vantage point or through a break in a wall. Just stalk them till they're exposed and watch them start freaking out.

No that's boring. I like getting gen pulls though. And sometimes when a survivor knows they're beat they just start sporadically crouching so I crouch back and let them go.
