PC - Error 112 still exists?

Believe me, I looked up 'dbd error 112' before making this thread; the only threads I found were closed, duplicates, or linked to others that didn't exist.

This just happened. Died on hook, alt-tabbed to my browser, look back at my end-of-the-game screen to see this error. Click 'close' and it boots me back to the Space to Continue screen.

I'm not even sure what this is. I didn't check my BP count before the game, so I don't know if I earned/lost any (I heard that could be an issue, not getting BP from the round).

I'm starting another game. Will update when it's over if the bug happens again.

Edit: Forgot to update. The error has not (yet) occurred again.
