Doc’s TR seems to be broken!

It’s not just his missing theme/chase music. Something is wrong with his TR/Static Blast range.

There have been dozens of instances since 4.3.0. as survivor where I absolutely cannot hear the TR, not even a faint heartbeat, yet STILL get caught in his Static Blast.

It’s only been occurring since mid chapter.

    Is the static blast only supposed to reach people within his TR? Are there no addons that effect the range of his static blast? If not, this is serious bug.

    It’s strictly tied to his TR (meant to). So for example if he’s Undetectable at a time he fires off Static Blast, then the blast goes nowhere.

    Do a Windows update, BIOS update, check for audio drivers, then do a KYF with you, or your friends playing doctor and see if you can replicate the issue. I played as him/against him the other day and didn't notice this.
