Seriously think about this a second other than deathslinger what other charector applies deep wounds in the game
If deepwound mechanics are changed that means it will indirectly affect legion it would not be a bandaid fix since it would adding a bit more to his kit that he alredy has access to.
All devs then would have to do if pulled off right is give a 3 sec stun base, remove power loss on m1 and wait for it only change a few add ons
Not all only fuming Frank's stab study stun reduction add ons and that's about it.
