Rank and Archives bug

So about rank: my rank just increased normally to 9, so there is not any pip. But after next match, my rank was suddenly 8. After one match I got whole rank.

About archives: There is quest "Earn 1 bloodpoints in the objective category" Only 1? Seems like a bug
