Uncleansable Totem and unable to unhook; not sure if one single bug or two separate ones
1) I found a totem that I could not cleanse on The Pale Rose.

2) I found myself in a situation where I could not unhook someone while they were in the first hook stage. When they reached the second stage, I was able to unhook them.
The reason why I question if this is one bug or two separate ones is that both actions involved the same button (in this case, right bumper on my Steam controller). I was able to unhook other times, and I was able to cleanse other totems (both in the same trial).
