So i got a question about the Tome 5 that is rn so if it goes to the second stage do you still can get the rift fragments thru the missions in the first section or are they not longer available in the missions and go away?

As long as the Rift is up, you'll get fragments for any mission you complete, and yes - you can go back to any page of the current tome and complete the challenges there. Hope that helps!
You can get the rift fragments anytime up until that tome closes
