Movement Bug

While playing on PC, I am unable to move in any direction when pressing a single direction key. I can sometimes move diagonally, (pressing W+A or W+D). I have also stumbled upon a strange temporary fix of holding the space bar while walking or running. Occasionally, this doesn't work, putting me back in the stuttering state. I haven't had a problem or any an issue similar to this until the latest update, and it happens in every game, including customs and the tutorial.
