Question, were the Hag and Doctor Hallowed skins available for 9K shards or was it only 5 skins?

I was excited to grind 18K shards for the Hallowed Hag and Doctor skins until I realized they're still premium only...

Whatever, I'll just spend $28 and get them. Wait, $28 for 2 skins I can't even see during gameplay? Hell no!
