There should be an event like this. Hear me out.
Instead of a double blood point event. The event simply locks everyones Bloody Party Streamers amount across all characters. If you have zero you have 1. During this event everyone has unlimited BPS.
That way odds are you go into a matcha nd there will be 5bps in the match. Much better than double blood.
Sure its possible for this to happen during double blood but insanely unlikely. We would consistently get way more BP Out of this.
