Not getting devious points

I am trying to do the 20k devious point challenge but even though I get 4 iridescent emblems or gold I am only getting 16 points.

Is it only certain killers who can get these? If so who? I tried wraith thinking his decloak and hit would be devious and I tried doctor thinking putting madness tiers up would be devious. None of these have worked.

Same problem with the same killer. 16 miserables points :(

Having the same issue. I'm getting more than 16, but after two matches with 8000 Deviousness bloodpoints earned I only got like 1300 progress

I've got like 400 points last game when it shoud've been close to 8k. This challenge is definitely bugged.
