Trapper cannot set traps anymore!?

I just tried playing as Trapper on the current patch when I realized that he cannot place traps anymore. His animation consistently gets interrupted during his trap-setting which cancels his power. This issue lasted throughout the game.

I sincerely hope this gets fixed soon, he's basically unplayable under these circumstances. I'm on pc, btw. The map was one of the forest maps, not Temple of Purgation though.
