just another rant.. and critic to the devteam
This is the last time i ever rant here in the Forum about the issues but i just need to get it out of me.
as we all know DBD has a lot of issues for both sides. Weak killers suffer, maps are either killer sided or survivor, SWF, SoloQ with random potatoes against a decent killer, Bully SWF who derank to play against rank 10 killers, Matchmaking, Ranking sytem, Dead ends and so on.
Now.. im not gonna lie im a Survivor main who sometimes play killer when in a good mood (80% - 20%) but im also a solo survivor.
2 years ago.. when maps where unbalanced and very survivor sided you could just run the killer for 5 gens if you were a decent survivor who knows how to run the tilesets or you have a good routing, timing etc, and it didnt matter if you had 3 potatoes in your team. one decent player were enough to carry the match because of balance issues in the game.
Now Maps got balanced and are mostly full with dead ends you can still run a killer in some maps for a while but you cant carry a match anymore, well.. im not here to say that you should be able to run a killer for 5 gens but it doesnt matter for how long you run the killer when you have 3 claudettes in your team who starts hiding when they hear just a little of a heartbeat, what are survivors these kind doing on red ranks? Who is the killer here? the Spirit who brought Stridor, Undying, Ruin and BBQ a Mori and strong addons or the Claudette hiding in the bush for 50% of the match? im really not sure anymore. Red ranks means for me the best of the best should play on these ranks to have a challenging map, i do not want to play against a baby killer on rank 1 who doesnt know anything about playing killer just because ranking is easy, and i also dont wanna play with survivors who are supposed to be rank 15 Devs.
While we have so many issues you focus on Graphic updates.. well, sure its nice to have a better looking game and not gonna lie it looks gorgeous BUT is that really the most important thing?
bot sides have a lot of issues i mentioned before and instead of doing something about it you focus on Graphic updates? on some unecessary changes like nerfing the most balanced killer (Hillbilly) changing everything nobody ask for while there are a lot of other problems, Moris, Keys, DS etc etc (i wont list everything it would just take some time)
Where are the seriously needed changes Devteam? can you remember the Tbag & point at the same time bug/glitch? you withing a week? but you didnt care about the gamebreaking hill glitch for 3-4 weeks?
Why are you like that devs? playing this game since August 2016 and spend so much money for you, buying every rift, skins etc but where are the changes the community really need?
as a Veteran player im just close to give up on this game really.
This game became a boring M1 Simulator or Slug to win.
You did a lot in the past, but do you not thing its time to focus on serious issues instead of some graphic updates? some healthy updates?
We get every 3 months a big update where we get 1 good change and 10 changes nobody ask for or some changes what is not helping at all balance or health wise.
But you release 10 outfits each month each one for 10 bucks while other games release outfits either for free or unlockable by doing some missions, now dont tell me to earn shards, you need to play around 500 matches to get like 25K shards to buy a full outfits (and most of them are unlockable just spending real money anyways)
I get it you need money like every other Company and im not mad about it, and i also know that the Designer team is different from the team who is doing the Outfits but the Point is, how is it possible that the Artwork team can Design 10-20 outfits in 2-3 months while the Game-Designing team or Balance team or what ever you call them change just a few things all 3 months nobody ask for or not doing anything to the health of the game?
its now more then 4 Years and the game is still like a Alpha game with Bugs or issues.
You should really focus on important things that is all i have to say.
