I hope and I think that Chapter IX will be released on Tuesday or even tomorrow :D devs said that it'll be "early next week" and usually updates are coming Tuesday evenings so I think that's the closest date. What are Your thoughts?

No way of knowing. They are waiting for the update to be approved on consoles. They could have put out the update on pc already. When the update comes out is going to depend entirely on when the update gets approved for consoles. It's likely that it will happen Monday/Tuesday but it's not guaranteed.
